Who processes your data

What data the website collects
This website presents the atelier and helps you prepare an enquiry. It has no shopping cart and does not ask you to register. During your visit, the hosting provider may process technical connection data to deliver and protect the service. If you contact Michela on WhatsApp or by email, you share the information you choose to include in your message.
- Enquiries prepared on your device. The enquiry fields compose a message in your browser. The website does not save them or send them to a server. You choose whether to open email or WhatsApp: the information passes to that service when you open its link, and you send the message from there. You can also copy the text into your email service.
- No profiling. The website code does not include Google Analytics or advertising pixels. The hosting provider may use technical tools for security and performance measurement according to its own configuration.
- No sharing of data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not install profiling cookies. It uses one technical setting, stored in your browser and never sent to anyone:
ml-biscotti— remembers that you have dismissed the cookie notice, so it does not appear on every visit. It stays on your device and is removed when you clear the website’s stored data.
The date you enter in the calendar
In the “Is there still time?” section you can enter your wedding date. That date stays in your browser: the calculation runs on your device, and the date is neither sent to a server nor saved. It is used to compose a WhatsApp message. When you open the link, the text passes to WhatsApp. It is sent to the recipient only if you confirm it in the chat.
External services
- WhatsApp (Meta) — the buttons open a conversation. The chat is subject to the WhatsApp privacy policy.
- Instagram (Meta) — the link opens the public profile. No Instagram content is embedded on this page.
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts this website. The provider records technical connection data for security and operational purposes. For information about the provider’s processing, see the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Images, videos and fonts are served from this same website. The provider may add technical requests related to hosting. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Matrimonio.com open external services with their own privacy notices.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and object to its processing, by writing to the contacts above. You can also contact the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Image rights
The dress photographs and videos belong to Michela Lanzellotti. Some Puglian landscape images come from the reference collection supplied by the owner. Anyone claiming authorship can write to the contacts above so that the images can be removed or credited.
